What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

A: Clear Ears understand that an appointment may need to be cancelled or rescheduled. Clear Ears simply ask that you provide us with 24 hours’ notice by emailing info@clearears.com.au or calling 1300 EAR WAX (1300 327 929) and a full refund will be made. In the event the notice is less than 24 hours, a 50% fee may be charged. If you do not attend and fail to give notice of cancellation, Clear Ears hold the right to charge you the full amount of the service booked.
