FOR OUR STAFF
The Victorian Government Roadmap requires all staff working in a healthcare setting who have face-to-face contact with patients or clients to be fully vaccination against Covid-19 and Influenza.
At Clear Ears all our staff, including our administrative team, are vaccinated in line with this policy.
FOR OUR CLIENTS
Clear Ears will no longer be requesting clients' vaccination status from the 1st of June 2022.
The wearing of a mask is now optional in healthcare settings for everyone age 8 years or above.
Clear Ears has placed HEPA filters (high-efficiency particulate air filters) in all our treatment rooms to reduce the rsik of our clients and staff.
If you have a mask exemption, please advise our team when you complete you Covid-19 screening questionnaire. This enables us to facilitate your service with reduced contact to other clients and staff and help us to keep you safe.
If you have communication issues and need to remove your mask for this reason, please leave your mask in place whilst in waiting room and other communal areas.
